:: Shield-like center medallion with central pomegranate minor medallion bearing stemmed blossoms adorned at either end by multi-tiered mini finials atop an open field with abrashes and splayed serrated guls at either side and end of the rug. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocate the contour of the main medallion with inwardly directed trio of tulips. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, ivory, dark beige, oxidized silver, pale seafoam green, mint green, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 5'6".
