Main border in a meandering vine with outer border in a reciprocating serpent / wave stylized design. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, sapphire blue, indigo blue, jade green, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of expert restoration, one occupying approximately 1x1.5 foot area to the side of the carpet and others scattered throughout. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bakshaish rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'7" x 9'10".
