:: Single column repeating interconnected diamond shaped medallions with four blossom top view atop an open rich color ground with minor abrashes. Deeply saturated natural shades in rich gem tones. Colors and shades include: Madder root red rust, cobalt blue teal, navy blue, ivory, gold, pale cochineal red, aubergine and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Mostly secure sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Kurdish rug made in Kurdistan circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'6" x 6'2".
