4x10 Vintage Northwest Persian Rug Runner
:: Lattice oriented staggered rows of germinating shrubs atop a silver platinum ground. Wrapped by a serrated leaf main border with an unusual goldish ground shade. Colors and shades include: Ivory, platinum, dark cherry red, saffron yellow, sky blue, dark chocolate brown, aubergine, mallard green and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Both ends expertly restored, scattered expert restorations throughout. A few minor old moth nibbles, light uneven tension to one end which may or may not correct fully with a pad. One end measures 3'11" whereas the opposing measures 3'8", which is within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Northwest Persian rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'11" x 10'2".
