:: Horizontally elongated quatrefoil center medallion defined by thin, contrasted leaves. Fantastic scrolling vinery, budded flowers, and arabesques of mythological creatures (see corner spandrels for eyes, and vak-vak design rendering within the field). Likely a rug started by one weaver then finished by another, or perhaps a transferred rug due to broken loom etc. Colors and shades include: Ivory, navy blue, charcoal blue, sky blue, powder blue, bronze, sand, beige, ivory, antique ivory, faded burnt orange, rust, and more.Condition notes: Measures slightly shorter at one end at 3'7", hard tatter to sides with secure ends. Several scattered areas of holes, tatter to the interior. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Haji Jalili Tabriz rug made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 4' x 5'7".
