Wrapped by diagonally oriented parallel lines of minor botehs and outer minor border of a reciprocating, clearly detailed, pawn design motif. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, sky blue, dusty saffron yellow, madder root red, dark brick red, moss green, dusty gold, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Kurdish rug made in Kurdistan circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'3" x 7'2".
