Amazing splendor in the design execution, known as the 'Bokhara' motif or 'elephant footprint' design (actually geometric floral designs) in the spirit yesteryear Tekke carpets. Plush, soft, silk-like pile. Superb quality, long-stapled wool with high sheen and luster adding to great dynamic and contrast from light and dark sides. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, rust, ivory and more. Condition notes: Like-new, original full pile height even across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight taper less than 2" more narrow on one end than cited measurements. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
