:: Horizontally elongated center medallion with splayed minor medallion cross-section overlaying each side and end of the field. Speckled abrash throughout in an unusually fine weave for the type and age. Colors and shades include: Faded dusty cochineal red, faded raspberry red, gold, saffron yellow, seafoam green, antique ivory, pale tangerine orange, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Secure sides, fully secured ends. One or two localized areas of minor mends and repairs. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 8'9" x 11'7".
