:: Diminutive diamond shaped center medallion with a mild anchor to the main field which bears slightly staggered interconnected lattice oriented covered field of lotus flowers, palmettes, birds, leopards and tigers hunting prey, and other animals throughout. Highly intricate design motif with delicate drawing and outstanding balance between the detailing, tight knotting, and execution of a fluid curvilinear motif. Made with kork wool and true silk accents. Age is early for the type. Colors and shades include: Sky blue, navy blue, beige, sand, saffron yellow, pale coffee brown, blush, rose, forest green, wine red, pale bronze, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
