:: Diamond shaped center medallion with stepped contour and elongated end finials with corner spandrel and field overlays reciprocating the contour of the main medallion, bearing germinating seed motif. Main border in finned serrated blossoms and colorful interior minor border in randomly alternating color fills. Colors and shades include: Brick red, faded royal blue, lime green, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 5'2".
