:: Unusual Turkmen design motif in a belouch weave. Double column medallions in geometric guls wrapped by multi-layered borders in ram's horn and reciprocating pawn design motif in addition to octagonal pomegranate top views and finned leaves. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, navy blue, chocolate brown, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Tatter to sides and ends. One half dollar size hole, one quarter size hole, and one dime size hole found on the interior. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Belouch rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'6" x 5'5".
