Main border in a serrated leaf design rendering meanders with a thin vine and ribboned stemming therefrom. Birds are found scattered throughout the main field. Outer minor border in a beautifully executed Laleh Abbasi reciprocating pawn design relief. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, brick red, dusty gold, mallard green, dusty blush, dusty rose, sand, beige, ivory, cobalt blue, sapphire blue, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Both ends professionally restored. One end measures 3'5" whereas the opposing measures 3'8". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size.
