:: Hexagonal center medallion with outwardly directed serrated floral blossoms and palmettes adorned at either end by tiered finials atop an open abrashed ground and partial field overlays and corner spandrels loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Main border in a serrated leaf and simplistic pinwheel floral diamond blossom design motif. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, sky blue, mint green, copper, coffee brown, tangerine orange and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of expert restoration. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'11" x 5'8".
